  • Gain relevant knowledge and skills in applying a systems lens to build sustainable business models

  • Deep dive into the multiple layers of the challenge through field immersions and expert interactions

  • Design and pilot your solution with FarMart’s country wide network

By the end of the fellowship, you will have acquired practical systems skills, a foundational understanding of management consulting, and firsthand insights that will be instrumental in your future endeavour's as a business leader.

  • Graduating in ‘24 or ‘25, or a recent graduate

  • Passionate about businesses that are solving global challenges

  • Interested in a career in consulting, policy, startups, development sector, or aiming for an MBA

  • Curious, a self-starter, and dedicated

Technical Interview

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a technical knowledge assessment basis their application

Leadership Interview

Selected applicants will meet with leadership and finally, get onboarded to the fellowship starting June 1

Important Note

  • This is a 2-month paid fellowship (tentatively 1st June - 31st July 2024) with an opportunity to extend the timeline as per requirements of the project and availability of the student

  • Fellows will be required to work out of the FarMart office in Gurugram for the duration of the fellowship and expected to do field visits within the country as per project requirements

  • All travel and lodging expenses for field visits or any other project related travel will be borne by FarMart

  • There is an opportunity to get a pre-placement offer or a direct conversion to a full time role for recent graduates

  • Applications close on 30th April and selections will be done on a rolling basis
